Development of a Community Platform to Foster Cybersecurity Culture

Abstract

This independent study aims to develop a community platform that fosters a cybersecurity culture within an organization, emphasizing employee participation in sharing information, experiences, and knowledge related to cyber threats. The study is based on the premise that building a strong cybersecurity culture requires effective collaboration and communication not solely reliance on technical measures.The core tool used for platform development is Microsoft OneNote, which is a part of the Microsoft 365 suite that is widely used in the organization. OneNote supports the collection, organization, and dissemination of diverse content formats and seamlessly integrates with other tools such as Microsoft Forms, SharePoint, and Microsoft Teams to enhance collaboration and communication.An experimental development approach was adopted, involving the design and creation of content related to cybersecurity news, case studies, threat prevention techniques, expert recommendations, and a space for knowledge exchange. The platform was tested with a target group of internal personnel and evaluated using satisfaction surveys, knowledge tests, and analysis of participation levels.The developed community platform not only established an efficient and accessible communication channel for cybersecurity awareness, but also increased employee understanding of cyber threats and promotes secure information system usage behaviors, contributing to a sustainable cybersecurity culture within the organization.

การค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มชุมชนที่เสริมสร้างวัฒนธรรม ความปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ในองค์กร โดยเน้นการมีส่วนร่วมของบุคลากรในการแลกเปลี่ยนข้อมูล ประสบการณ์ และองค์ความรู้ที่เกี่ยวข้องกับภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ ภายใต้แนวคิดที่ว่า การสร้างวัฒนธรรมความปลอดภัยไซเบอร์ต้องอาศัยความร่วมมือและการสื่อสารที่มีประสิทธิภาพ ไม่ใช่เพียงการพึ่งพามาตรการทางเทคนิคเพียงอย่างเดียวเครื่องมือหลักในการพัฒนาแพลตฟอร์มคือ Microsoft OneNote ซึ่งเป็นส่วนหนึ่ง ของชุดซอฟต์แวร์ Microsoft 365 ที่บุคลากรใช้งานอยู่เป็นประจำ โดยแพลตฟอร์มดังกล่าวสามารถสนับสนุนการรวบรวม จัดการ และเผยแพร่เนื้อหาได้หลากหลายรูปแบบ ทั้งยังเชื่อมโยงการทำงานร่วมกับเครื่องมืออื่น ๆ เช่น Microsoft Forms, SharePoint และ Microsoft Teams ได้อย่างมีประสิทธิภาพการค้นคว้าอิสระนี้ใช้แนวทางการพัฒนาเชิงทดลอง โดยการออกแบบแพลตฟอร์มเพื่อนำเสนอเนื้อหาเกี่ยวกับข่าวสารไซเบอร์ กรณีศึกษา เทคนิคการป้องกันภัย คำแนะนำจากผู้เชี่ยวชาญและพื้นที่สำหรับแลกเปลี่ยนประสบการณ์ พร้อมกันนี้ยังได้ดำเนินการทดสอบการใช้งานแพลตฟอร์มกับกลุ่มเป้าหมายภายในองค์กร และประเมินผลด้วยแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ แบบทดสอบความรู้ และการวิเคราะห์ปริมาณการมีส่วนร่วมแพลตฟอร์มชุมชนที่สร้างขึ้นนี้ สามารถนำมาใช้เป็นช่องทางการสื่อสารด้านความปลอดภัย ไซเบอร์ที่เข้าถึงง่ายและมีประสิทธิภาพ เพื่อเพิ่มความตระหนักรู้และความเข้าใจของบุคลากรเกี่ยวกับภัยคุกคามทางไซเบอร์ และการส่งเสริมให้เกิดพฤติกรรมการใช้งานระบบสารสนเทศอย่างปลอดภัยและยั่งยืนภายในองค์กร
