Guideline for increasing Application WHAbit telemedicine service efficiency

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors influencing the enhancement of telemedicine services through the WHAbit application. Data were collected through an online questionnaire from a sample group of users who had previously used the WHAbit application. The research findings identified six key factors that contribute to improving the efficiency of telemedicine services via WHAbit, including (1) technology acceptance, (2) modern information and communication technology, (3) accessibility and ease of use for users, (4) data security, (5) knowledge and understanding of users and healthcare professionals, and (6) reliability and service readiness. The study results suggest that enhancing these six factors can significantly improve both the efficiency and user acceptance of the WHAbit application, benefiting both general users and industrial workers.

งานวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อวิเคราะห์ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริการแพทย์ทางไกลด้วยแอปพลิเคชัน WHAbit โดยเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลผ่านแบบสอบถามออนไลน์จากกลุ่มตัวอย่างที่เคยใช้บริการแอปพลิเคชัน WHAbit ผลการวิจัยพบว่ามี 6 ปัจจัยที่ส่งผลต่อการเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพการบริการทางแพทย์ทางไกลด้วยแอปพลิเคชัน WHAbit ได้แก่ การยอมรับเทคโนโลยีสารสนเทศและการสื่อสารที่ทันสมัย การเข้าถึงและการใช้งานง่ายสำหรับผู้ใช้ การรักษาความปลอดภัยของข้อมูลความรู้และความเข้าใจของผู้ใช้งานและแพทย์ ความน่าเชื่อถือและความพร้อมในการให้บริการ ซึ่งผลสรุปจากงานวิจัยนี้ชี้ให้เห็นว่าการส่งเสริมปัจจัยทั้งหกสามารถช่วยเพิ่มประสิทธิภาพและการยอมรับการใช้งานแอปพลิเคชัน WHAbit ได้มากขึ้น ทั้งในกลุ่มผู้ใช้งานทั่วไปและพนักงานในโรงงานอุตสาหกรรม
