Abstract: | Knowledge Management in the Industrial Sector Using the BCG Model Concept is essential in the industrial sector to ensure that knowledge is effectively utilized to enhance competitiveness and foster sustainable national development. The BCG Model—comprising the Bio Economy, Circular Economy, and Green Economy—serves as a strategic framework for driving such knowledge integration. In this context, knowledge management involves the collection of data from relevant stakeholders and the use of questionnaires to identify priority areas for knowledge development. Findings from stakeholder feedback indicate that, within the Bio Economy dimension, the highest priority is given to the development of food products through biotechnological innovations. In the Circular Economy domain, the focus is on the advancement of technical materials using upcycling processes. For the Green Economy, the key priority is upgrading industrial establishments to optimize resource and energy use in production processes through the application of smart electronic technologies. The accumulated knowledge has been organized and made accessible via an information system in the form of a dedicated website. Additionally, an assessment was conducted to evaluate learning outcomes and the extent to which the acquired knowledge from the BCG model was applied in practice. Results from a survey of 78 knowledge users revealed that 92% had applied the knowledge in practical contexts. This has led to increased efficiency in resource utilization, enhanced work performance, and strengthened long-term competitiveness within the industrial sector. |
