EDUCATION ADMINISTRATION EDUCATIONAL QUALITY ASSURANCE WITHIN THE EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTION UNDER THE BANGKOK VOCATIONAL

Abstract

Research and to find information about those who visit Educational Quality Assurance of vocational educational institutions in Bangkok Province to survey those seeking educational quality assurance, vocational educational institutions in Bangkok Province and to study the development control system regarding the educational quality assurance system. Using a sample group consisting of administrators, instructors, and support personnel. Educational institutions under vocational education, Bangkok, totaling 173 people. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The 5-level rating scale had a total reliability of .96. Statistics used in data analysis included percentages, means, and standard deviations.The results of the research found that the opinions of those involved in education, administration of educational quality assurance. Within the educational institution Under the Bangkok Vocational Education Department, all 6 aspects were overall at a very good level. And when considering each aspect, it was found that there were 4 aspects that were at the highest level: attitude towards educational quality assurance within educational institutions; Organizational structure Policies and plans that facilitate quality assurance Participation in educational quality assurance and communication within educational institutions and agencies related to quality assurance There are 2 aspects that are at a high level: knowledge and understanding. in educational quality assurance and readiness of resources and support With additional suggestions for the agency to have a clear operational plan. and should provide insurance work

การค้นคว้าอิสระในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาสภาพการดำเนินงานของผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ของสถานศึกษาอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร เพื่อเปรียบเทียบการดำเนินงานของผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องในงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา สถานศึกษาในอาชีวศึกษาจังหวัดกรุงเทพมหานคร และเพื่อศึกษาข้อเสนอแนะแนวทางการพัฒนาในการดำเนินงานเกี่ยวกับระบบการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา โดยใช้กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ประกอบด้วย ผู้บริหาร ผู้สอน และบุคลากรสายสนับสนุน สถานศึกษาในสังกัดอาชีวศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร จำนวน 173 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการค้นคว้าอิสระเป็นแบบสอบถาม แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับมีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ .96 สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานผลการค้นคว้าอิสระพบว่าความคิดเห็นของผู้ที่มีส่วนเกี่ยวข้องต่อการศึกษาสภาพการบริหารงานการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา ภายในสถานศึกษา สังกัดอาชีวศึกษากรุงเทพมหานคร ทั้ง 6 ด้านโดยภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก และเมื่อพิจารณารายด้านพบว่าด้านที่อยู่ในระดับมากที่สุดมีทั้งหมด 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านทัศนคติที่มีต่อการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษาภายในสถานศึกษา ด้านโครงสร้างองค์กร นโยบายและแผนงานที่เอื้อต่อการประกันคุณภาพ ด้านการมีส่วนร่วมในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา และด้านการสื่อสารภายในสถานศึกษาและหน่วยงานที่เกี่ยวข้องกับการประกันคุณภาพ ด้านที่อยู่ในระดับมากมีทั้งหมด 2 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านความรู้ความเข้าใจ ในการประกันคุณภาพการศึกษา และด้านความพร้อม ของทรัพยากรและสิ่งสนับสนุน โดยมีข้อเสนอแนะเพิ่มเติม ให้หน่วยงานมีการวางแผนการดำเนินงานที่ชัดเจน
