The Development of Learning Materials with Augmented Reality Technology Regarding Plastic Injection Molds for Vocational Certificate Students in The Industrial Field

Abstract

This research aims to 1) develop and evaluate the effectiveness of Learning Materials with Augmented Reality (AR) Technology Regarding Plastic Injection Molds and 2) compare students' learning achievement against the set criteria. The sample group consisted of 32 vocational certificate students in the industrial field, selected through cluster random sampling. Data collection tools included: 1) instructional Problem Documentation, 2) a storyboard design recording, 3) AR learning materials, 4) an appropriateness evaluation form with content validity scores ranging from 0.60 to 1.00 and 5) a learning achievement test with an index of item-objective congruence (IOC) ranging from 0.60 to 1.00, difficulty levels between 0.41 to 0.73, discrimination indices between 0.36 to 0.73, and a reliability coefficient of 0.92 for the entire test. Data analysis included content analysis, mean scores, standard deviations, and a t-test for one sample.The research results found that the overall evaluation of the developed AR learning materials was rated at the highest level (= 4.79, S.D. = 0.05). The effectiveness of The AR learning materials exceeded the predetermined standard, achieving an efficiency ratio of 81.06/82.88. The comparison of students’ learning achievement using the AR learning materials on plastic injection molds against the set criterion revealed that students had an average learning achievement score of 25.56 with a standard deviation of 2.70. Students’ average learning achievement was significantly higher than the 80% criterion of the total score, with statistical significance at the 0.05 level (=3.27, =31, p = 0.00)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อพัฒนาและหาประสิทธิภาพของสื่อการเรียนรู้ ด้วยเทคโนโลยีความเป็นจริงเสริม แม่พิมพ์ฉีดพลาสติก สำหรับนักเรียนระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ประเภทวิชาอุตสาหกรรม 2) เพื่อเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่เรียนด้วยสื่อการเรียนรู้เทคโนโลยีความเป็นจริงเสริม แม่พิมพ์ฉีดพลาสติกเทียบกับเกณฑ์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง คือ นักเรียน ในระดับประกาศนียบัตรวิชาชีพ ประเภทวิชาอุตสาหกรรม สาขาวิชาช่างกลโรงงาน วิทยาลัยเทคนิคพนมสารคาม ที่ลงทะเบียนเรียนรายวิชา แม่พิมพ์พลาสติกเบื้องต้น ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2567 จำนวน 32 คน ได้มาโดยการสุ่มแบบกลุ่ม (Cluster Random Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล ได้แก่ 1) แบบบันทึกสภาพปัญหาการจัดการเรียนการสอน 2) แบบบันทึกการออกแบบ Storyboard 3) สื่อการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคโนโลยีความเป็นจริงเสริม 4) แบบประเมินความเหมาะสม มีค่าความตรงเชิงเนื้อหาตั้งแต่ 0.60-1.00 และ 5) แบบทดสอบ วัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนมีค่าความสอดคล้องตั้งแต่ 0.60-1.00 ค่าความยากอยู่ระหว่าง 0.41-0.73 ค่าอำนาจจำแนกอยู่ระหว่าง 0.36-0.73 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.92 การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ประกอบด้วย การวิเคราะห์เนื้อหา ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และสถิติทดสอบค่าที (t-test for one sample)ผลการวิจัยพบว่า ผลการประเมินความเหมาะสมของสื่อการเรียนรู้ที่พัฒนาขึ้นภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (=4.79, S.D.=0.05) ประสิทธิภาพของสื่อการเรียนรู้ สูงกว่าเกณฑ์ที่กำหนด 81.06/82.88 ผลการเปรียบเทียบผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนของนักเรียนที่ใช้สื่อการเรียนรู้ด้วยเทคโนโลยีความเป็นจริงเสริม แม่พิมพ์ฉีดพลาสติกเทียบกับเกณฑ์ นักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเฉลี่ยเท่ากับ 25.56 และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานเท่ากับ 2.70 พบว่า นักเรียนมีผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียนเฉลี่ยมากกว่า เมื่อเปรียบเทียบกับเกณฑ์ร้อยละ 80 ของคะแนนเต็ม อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.05 (=3.27, =31, p=0.00)
