The Relationship Between Psychological Safety in Organization and the Reflection of Work Performance of Employees at Magotteaux Co., Ltd.

Abstract

This independent study had the objectives: 1) To study the level of employee opinions regarding psychological safety in the organization at Magotteaux Co., Ltd. 2) To study the level of employee opinions regarding work performance at Magotteaux Co., Ltd. and 3) To study the relationships between psychological safety in the organization and reflection of work performance at Magotteaux Co., Ltd. The sample group used for the study consisted of 220 employees. The research instrument was a questionnaire. The statistics used in data analysis included frequency, percentage, mean, standard deviation and the Pearson’s correlation coefficient.The results of the study found that 1) The opinions on psychological safety, in overall, was at the highest level (X̄ = 4.29), 2) The opinions regarding the work performance of employees at Magotteaux Co., Ltd., in overall, was found to be at the highest level (X̄ = 4.40). 3) The results of the study of the relationships between psychological safety factors and the reflection of work performance of employees at Magotteaux Co., Ltd. found relationships in every item consisting of: Inclusion Safety, Learner Safety, Contributor Safety and Challenger Safety at the relatively strong level with statistically significant at 0.01 level.

การศึกษาการค้นคว้าอิสระนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาระดับความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับ ความปลอดภัยทางจิตใจในองค์กรของพนักงาน บริษัท มากอตโต จำกัด 2) เพื่อศึกษาระดับ ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานของพนักงาน บริษัท มากอตโต จำกัด 3) เพื่อศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความปลอดภัยทางจิตใจในองค์กรกับภาพสะท้อนประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงาน บริษัท มากอตโต จำกัด กลุ่มตัวอย่างที่ใช้ในการศึกษาเป็นพนักงานของบริษัท มากอตโต จำกัด จำนวน 220 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยเป็นแบบสอบถาม โดยสถิติที่ใช้ ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล ได้แก่ ค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และวิเคราะห์ ค่าสัมประสิทธิ์สหสัมพันธ์ของเพียร์สันผลการศึกษาพบว่า 1) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับความปลอดภัยทางจิตใจ พบว่า ในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (X̄ = 4.29) 2) ความคิดเห็นเกี่ยวกับประสิทธิภาพของการทำงานของพนักงาน บริษัทมากอตโต จำกัด พบว่าในภาพรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด (X̄ = 4.40) 3) ผลการศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างความปลอดภัยทางจิตใจกับภาพสะท้อนประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานบริษัท มากอตโต จำกัด พบว่า ความปลอดภัยทางจิตใจ ด้านความปลอดภัยที่จะท้าทาย ด้านความปลอดภัยที่จะลงมือทำ ด้านความปลอดภัยที่ได้เป็นส่วนหนึ่ง และด้านความปลอดภัย ที่จะเรียนรู้ มีความสัมพันธ์กับภาพสะท้อนประสิทธิภาพการทำงานของพนักงานโดยรวมในระดับค่อนข้างสูง อย่างมีนัยสำคัญทางสถิติที่ระดับ 0.01
